Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. You have 14 days from the date the package arrives to contact us and request an exchange/refund if needed. Once a return is requested and approved, all packages must be shipped within 7 days or the request will be voided.

After order, you can only exchange another item, can't cancel this order. All products that are defective or different to the size/colour ordered due to our error are eligible for a refund instead of exchange if preferred.

If the problem is major, we may choose to replace the item or issue a refund within a reasonable time. In this event, the product may be kept at customer’s disposal.

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the complaint process. Please include the following information:

- Order number
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number

If you choose to return your order without our Customer Support team and it does not meet all of our requirements, a refund will not be issued.

After the item has been delivered, We do not deal with disputes opened for reasons:"The cardholder doesn't recognize this charge and reported it as fraudulent" or the same.



Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any other "From" address on the package- we must approve the return first, and you will need to send us an email to request the correct return address based on your location.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us 


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
